Questra Connectors provide bi-directional interface between
Questra Control Center and CRM, ERP and legacy applications. The
connectors transform information and events that originate
within Questras enterprise system to a format and structure
that each 3rd party package or legacy application can understand
and process. Similarly, the connectors allow information
and events that originate within the enterprise systems to
be propagated to Questra Control Center.
Through the connectors, end-to-end business processes can
be automated -- from the intelligent asset deployed at the
customer's site to the enterprise applications used to service
and support them. A condition detected at the asset can
be propagated in real-time to other applications within the
enterprise. In addition, existing applications can request
historical information from the Questra IDM solution.
