Emil Wang
President &
CEO
Emil has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Questra, he was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Latitude Communications, focusing on the emerging market of audio and web conferencing software. Prior to founding Latitude in 1993, Emil was with Aspect Telecommunications. He joined Aspect in 1987 as Vice President, Marketing. From 1988 through 1992, he held positions as Vice President for Sales and Marketing for North America, Corporate Development and Worldwide Corporate Marketing. Before that, Emil was with ROLM Corporation, where he was responsible for all marketing functions for PhoneMail. Prior to ROLM, he worked at Bain & Co. Emil holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, an MS in Structural engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Stanford University.  
Yvette Ma
CFO
Ms. Ma has over 14 years of experience in high-tech finance and sales operations in both enterprise software and hardware companies. Most recently, she was VP of Finance at Softrock Systems, a software start-up in San Jose, where she managed all finance, legal and all other administrative functions of the company. Prior to Softrock, she worked at ONI Systems, a telecom hardware manufacturer, where she held positions as International Business Manager, Corporate Controller, and Director of Finance. As Corporate Controller and Director of Finance, she managed all of finance and accounting and helped ONI grow from a 25-person start-up to a public company of over $100 million in revenues and over 400 employees. She has also worked in finance and accounting at Oracle Corporation and Ross Systems. Ms. Ma holds a B.S. in Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  
Pranav Mohindroo
Vice President Customer Operations
Mr. Mohindroo heads up Questra's customer operations function which includes all service, support and professional services activities. Pranav has over 13 years of enterprise software, consulting, operations and technical leadership experience. Prior to Questra, he was a Practice Director at Oracle, focusing on growing their offshore business in India. Prior to Oracle, has served as VP of client services and operations at QUIQ (now Kanisa), which offered a collaborative customer service solution, and held management positions at Rubric and Netscape Communications. Pranav holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.  
Walt Rossi
Vice President
Marketing
Mr. Rossi has 20 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership with rapid growth, emerging market, high-tech companies. Before joining Questra, Walt was VP of Marketing at Valdero, an enterprise supply chain software company. Prior to Valdero, Walt was VP of Products for Kana Software, where he led product management and product marketing. Walt came to Kana through its acquisition of Broadbase Software, where he served as VP of Product Marketing and Field Marketing. Walt also held marketing and sales positions with E.piphany, PeopleSoft, Intrepid Systems (acquired by PeopleSoft), NCR, and Teradata. Walt holds a B.A. in economics from Boston College and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Boston College Technology Council.  
Brian Thompson
Vice President
Sales
Mr. Thompson has nearly 20 years experience in sales and management with leading-edge technology companies, and leads Questra's global sales team. He has successfully driven growth in companies from early stage development, through initial public offerings, to industry maturity. Prior to Questra, Mr. Thompson served as vice president of Americas sales at NUANCE, the leading provider of speech technology software, VoiceXML application platforms, and advanced voice solutions for the enterprise, contact center, and service provider markets. He participated in NUANCE's initial and secondary public offerings, raising more than $200 million. For nearly 8 years prior to his work at NUANCE, Mr. Thompson served in a sales management capacity at Octel Communications. He also has held technical and marketing positions at IBM Corporation and Rolm Corporation. Mr. Thompson holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.  
Kaj van de Loo
Vice President
Engineering
With over 12 years of experience in software engineering and management, Mr. van de Loo is responsible for all aspects of engineering for Questra products, including strategy, architecture, development, and maintenance.  Prior to joining Questra, Kaj was vice president of market development engineering at SAP, helping SAP partners and customers take advantage of SAP's Enterprise Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and SAP NetWeaver® solutions.  During his 11-year tenure at SAP, Mr. van de Loo led development projects both in the U.S. and Europe, defining, building, and taking to market SAP solutions for complex manufacturing industries as well as e-business solutions.  Prior to SAP, he held engineering and management positions at The ABB Group, a global leader in power and automation technologies.  Mr. van de Loo received his MS in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden.
