| Emil Wang |
Emil has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Questra, he was CEO of Proficient Networks. Prior to that position, he was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Latitude Communications, focusing on the emerging market of audio and web conferencing software. Prior to founding Latitude in 1993, Emil was with Aspect Telecommunications. He joined Aspect in 1987 as Vice President, Marketing. From 1988 through 1992, he held positions as Vice President for Sales and Marketing for North America, Corporate Development and Worldwide Corporate Marketing. Before that, Emil was with ROLM Corporation, where he was responsible for all marketing functions for PhoneMail. Prior to ROLM, he worked at Bain & Co. Emil holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, an MS in Structural engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Stanford University. |
| John Klein |
Mr. Klein was most recently CEO of MDIS Group, PLC and Chairman of several
software product companies. He served as Corporate Vice President at Digital
Equipment Corporation and held senior executive positions at IBM. Klein's
business affiliations, both past and present, include Board of Directors
at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Corporate Officer at Digital Equipment
Corporation, Board of Directors at NACFAM (National Coalition for Advanced
Manufacturing), NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association), and
Chairman, Industrial Automation Divisions. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY and
an M.B.A. from New York University. |
| Venetia Kontogouris |
Ms. Kontogouris is a Managing Director of Trident Capital. Prior to joining
Trident Capital, she was President of Enterprise Associates, LLC, the venture
capital division of IMS Health. Earlier, she was Senior Vice President,
Venture Development, with Cognizant Corporation. Kontogouris represented
Cognizant in the Information Partners Capital Fund formed by Dun & Bradstreet
and Bain Capital which focused on the information industry and leveraged
buyouts. Additionally, she has held executive positions in new product development
and marketing at D&B. She also held sales management positions for AT&T
and IBM. An entrepreneur herself, Kontogouris launched her own start-up
company in the telecommunications industry in 1981. She currently serves
on the Board of Directors of Avesta Technologies, Berkeley Enterprise Partners,
Inc., Cognizant Technology Solutions, Cutler Systems Management, Inc., eCredit.com,
Inc., Event Zero, Saleshound.com, Inc., T.R.A.D.E.,
Inc., Vality Technology Inc. and Viant. Kontogouris earned a B.A. from Northeastern
University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. |
| Mark Siegel |
Mr. Siegel is a Managing Director at Menlo Ventures. Prior to joining
Menlo, he was a product manager for Oracle Corporation's Massively Parallel
Processing group, which developed a version of the Oracle database to run
on distributed memory hardware architectures. Mark then moved to Oracle's
Advanced Technology Division as a consulting manager, where he developed
professional services and a dedicated consulting group focused on large,
scalable database applications. From 1994 to 1996, he was a business development
manager at Netscape Communications Corporation. At Menlo, Mark focuses primarily
on early-stage Internet and software businesses. His recent investments
and board seats include: Authoria, Covalent Technologies, Phiar Corporation, Rendition Networks, Sitara Networks and Tera Systems.
Mark holds an M.B.A from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S.
in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
