Randy W. Carson Mr. Carson is Senior Vice President and Group Executive for Eaton Corporation, Industrial & Commercial Controls Group. Eaton, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is a global manufacturer of highly engineered products that serve industrial, vehicle, construction, commercial, aerospace and semiconductor markets. Before joining Eaton, Carson was Executive Vice President of Rockwell Automation. He began his career in 1972 at Allen-Bradley, where he held positions in sales, marketing and distribution. Carson was named Vice President of Allen-Bradley's Intelligent Sensing business in 1988. His subsequent management positions included Senior Vice President of Allen-Bradley's Automation Group and Executive Vice President of Reliance Electrical Group. Carson has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Valparaiso University.
Erik Keller   Mr. Keller is Principal of Wapiti LLC, an independent consulting firm that provides strategic consulting services for companies, including venture-capital firms, seeking technology evaluation and advice on business plans and strategies in the software arena. Before forming Wapiti, Keller was a Research Fellow, Director of Research and Vice President with the GartnerGroup. At Gartner, he managed the enterprise software group, which had more than 40 analysts in the areas of front-office, back-office and eCommerce software. Keller has worked with hundreds of companies worldwide, including many of the Fortune 100, to advise them how to develop and deploy information technology strategies with an emphasis in the manufacturing sector. Keller authors a regular column for Managing Automation magazine and has also worked for a variety of industry trade publications including Manufacturing Week, VAR Business, Computer Systems News and Electronics Magazine. He is a frequently quoted industry figure and has spoken at a wide variety of events throughout the last 10 years. Keller holds a B.E. in Engineering Science from SUNY at Stony Brook.
Gerald Wagner, Ph.D. Dr. Wagner works with Bayer Corporation as Senior Vice President, Technology for Business Group Diagnostic Systems, where he is charged with introducing Diagnostics into the world of eCommerce and eHealth and managing all capital projects of the Business Group. As Senior Vice President, Group Manufacturing, Wagner streamlined worldwide manufacturing by halving the number of plants and reducing workforce, inventory levels and cycle time. Promoted to head of the Lab Testing Segment, he introduced branding (ADVIA) to Diagnostics and was instrumental in defining the product portfolio and strategy. Dr. Wagner began his career at Agfa, where he was promoted to President of Agfa Matrix Division. Under his direction, the division provided the highest contribution of all Agfa Medical world branches and improved in the worldwide country ranking to selling more medical and nondestructive testing systems than the next two countries combined. Dr. Wagner holds a Ph.D. from Technical University in Darmstadt, Germany.
